About cheryl
cheryl has always enjoyed doodling, drawing, making art. in high school, she began taking classes at the Art Students' League in NYC, and learned the art of shading and transforming a 3D object onto a 2D surface, while still making it appear as though it's still 3D. when she went to college in the mid-90s, she attended more art classes at Rutgers College's Mason Gross School of the Arts. however, a familiar immigrant story also began to unfold at the same time - due to family pressure, and really, a great affinity to the sciences, cheryl began to focus her energies on science and pre-med. the rest of the story can be read here. now, cheryl has been getting reaquainted with her inner artist child, and the path is a wonderfully joyful one ❤️
